When Elías was a child, his mother had a small restaurant. As he watched her cook his passion for cooking began. She taught him his first recipes and then Elías went on to study at the INA (national learning institute). As he trained as a professional cook, his was always cooking with love and a dedication for the art, growing in the field of gastronomy. Elías loves the energies of working at Awaken Your Soul.
